Arousal is defined as the first step leading to sexual satisfaction. But there are differences in arousal between men and women. Almost every man has got some type of sex problems. The common male problems are penis size, premature ejaculation, sperm volume, orgasms, potency, energy and stamina. In comparison to women men becomes fully aroused within a minute. A simple sight, sound, smell or touch is enough to arouse a man. But women are more unpredictable and complex and their sexual arousal is slower.

In general it is found that men used to focus one goal at a time instead of the big picture. So when a man is having sex his total focus remains on sex and nothing else. He is totally unaware of the happenings around him. But for women the thing is totally opposite. Emotions, stress levels, feelings about herself and her surroundings and with what man she is all plays a big role. For women the big picture counts. Women are unable to separate their different aspects and they are famous for devoting their energies and emotions with several things at a time.
